A must-attend event for all lovers of hearty autumn cuisine! You’ll be able to enjoy our famous polenta with either Ragù and Chestnuts or Sausage, Mushrooms, and Chestnuts. Can’t decide? Try both with our “half and half” option! 🥘 But that’s not all! You’ll also find: • Pork stew with peas
• Olive Ascolane, a local delicacy
• Turkey cutlet with French fries
• Traditional desserts: cantucci, ciambellone, and vino cotto – and for those with a sweet tooth, our cream-filled “bombetta”, available in classic or chestnut flavor. 🔥 And once again this year: Freshly roasted chestnuts and fragrant mulled wine, prepared in our charming copper cauldron! 🍷 All accompanied by wines from the best local wineries, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. 🌄 The festival takes place in the enchanting village of Trivio, surrounded by greenery and offering breathtaking views of the Sibillini Mountains, the Laga Mountains, and the sea. 💺 Even in case of rain, you can dine comfortably under our wooden marquee or in heated gazebos – with over 400 seats available. 📍 How to get here?
