The virtual gallery ARTGALLERY MCL – Virtual Gallery presents ARTISTIC MONEY 3,the third edition of the international collective Mail Art exhibition dedicated to the theme of money reinterpreted through art. The exhibition, entirely online, will be accessible from 28 February to 29 March 2026 at any time, simply by connecting to the gallery website. Concept and contents
ARTISTIC MONEY 3 brings together numerous international artists who have addressed the theme of money as a universal symbol of value, power and desire, but also as an object of critical and ironic reflection. The works on display range from painting to collage, from graphic photography to mixed techniques, offering a plurality of languages ​​and interpretations. Some artists have created fictional banknotes, imagining utopian or poetic currencies, while others have chosen to intervene directly on real banknotes, transforming them into unique and provocative works. The result is a visual mosaic that questions the very concept of economic value, inviting us to reflect on the relationship between art, economy and contemporary society. Objectives and meaning
The exhibition intends to stimulate a collective reflection on the value of money and its impact on daily life, transforming a symbol of economic power into a language of creative freedom. Through Mail Art, money becomes an artistic material, an object of play, criticism and imagination.
