The gastronomic journey winds through twelve food and wine stalls set up along the alleys and small squares of the historic center. Starting at 7: 30 PM, the event comes alive with a series of roving performances featuring flag-wavers, costumed processions, historical reenactments, and folk songs. From 10: 30 PM onwards, the schedule includes live concerts, vinyl house music sessions, and more.
